The Tillandsia bulbosa gigante is a larger, more impressive variety of the Tillandsia bulbosa air plant, known for its unique bulbous base and striking appearance.

The "gigante" in its name indicates its size; this variety can grow significantly larger than standard T. bulbosa. Some sources suggest it can reach up to 15 inches in height. One source even mentions sizes of 6 to 8 inches
