Shipping policy

Orders are usually shipped 3-5 business day (excludes weekends and holidays) from order date.  At times, there may be some added delay due to extreme weather (cold or hot) or holiday season that may add a few extra days.  Please be assured that your plants are monitored and care for until they ship.

Holidays and Event sales.  Please note that the spike on orders during Holidays/Events can add to the lead time to ship (usually 7-`10 business days). 

Plants are inspected and carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely.  During winter, we may add some extra insulation depending on destination.  Heat packs are also available for purchase prior to checking out.  We strongly recommend paying for NEXT DAY AIR along with heat pack to minimize any stress due to weather.

Plants are perishable goods, they can get stressed but will recover with some TLC and patience.  Claim for lost, delayed, or damaged packages should be emailed to us within 24 hours.
