Riccardia moss, commonly called "coral moss" or "mini pellia," is an aquatic liverwort popular in aquascaping for it's intricate, branching, coral-like appearance and low-growing, mat forming habit.  It is a slow-growing plant that thrives in moderate light, clean water flow, and is relatively easy to care for, though it benefits from CO2 injection to improve growth. It can be attached to hardscape with super glue or fishing line.
