A mature plant of this variety has darker red stems. The stems bear long, pale green leaves spaced tightly around them. The trunk is barely visible and keeps the plant upright and elegant looking.
Note: this is not the variegated plant typically listed as ' red moon variegated'.

I placed an order specifically for the red moon but I didn't get it. An orange marmalade that had leaves rotting was sent in its place. I emailed about it and was told I'd get a replacement and it's been 2 weeks with no word.
