Soggy soil

I received this plant and soggy soil so far I’ve lost half of the leaves. I am letting the soil dry out and hopefully I will be able to salvage the rest of it.

I was most excited for this plant on my order, upon unwrapping it from the packing material, the leaves kept falling off, by the time it was unwrapped there was maybe 5 leaves left. The plant had root rot.

The first time I ordered plants from this company it was amazing. All the plants looked beautiful and healthy. This second experience was completely different. For the most part the plants were fine. There was a plant that only had half a leaf, another that lost more then 75% of the leaves. I will be thinking twice before I order again.
