Hoya villosa is known for its attractive, fuzzy, heart-shaped leaves and clusters of star-shaped, fragrant flowers.
The leaves are the main attraction of this Hoya. They are thick, fleshy, and covered in fine hairs, giving them a velvety texture. The leaves are typically dark green with prominent veins, and they can grow up to 4 inches long.
