Hoya spartioides - 3" HB
Hoya spartioides is a rare, leafless Hoya species from Borneo known for its unique, wiry green stems and small, star-shaped, orange and yellow flowers that open at night. It prefers bright, indirect light and well-draining soil, which should be allowed to dry between waterings to prevent root rot. This plant has tiny, caducous (shedding) leaves and relies on its modified stems for photosynthesis.
- Light: bright indirect
- Soil: epiphytic
- Water: keep slightly moist with moderate humidity
- Fertilizer: slow release
