Hoya kerrii variegated, also known as the Variegated Sweetheart Hoya, is a slow-growing, semi-succulent plant with heart-shaped leaves. It has a creamy-yellow variegation, with a white border and green center on each large leaf.

- Water: keep slightly moist with moderate humidity
