Scindapsus treubii 'Moonlight Speckled' is a trailing or climbing vine with waxy, heart-shaped leaves and a silvery sheen. It's also known as Sterling Silver. This plant has a speckled silver variegation that spreads from the edge of the leaf across its entirety.
