Euphorbia ammak, commonly known as giant milk bush, African candelabra and candelabra spurge, is a species of plant in the family Euphorbiaceae native to the Arabian Peninsula. 

This plant has a tall, columnar shape that can reach heights of up to 20 feet in its native habitat. The stems are ribbed with prominent spines along the edges. Young stems are typically green or yellowish, while older stems may develop a rough, textured bark.
