Aka String of Hearts.  Heart shaped succulent leaves trail making this a coveted plant ideal for hanging.  

  • Light: bright indirect. Too much shade will cause longer spaces between leaves.  
  • Soil: succulent mix
  • Water: deep watering then allow to slightly dry between watering
  • Fertilizer: 1/4 x liquid during spring/ summer

Available in 2" nursery pot.  Size will vary.
