Calathea rufibarba - 6.5"

The Calathea rufibarba, commonly known as the Furry Feather Calathea or Velvet Calathea, is a captivating tropical plant cherished for its unique foliage and graceful form.  Native to the rainforests of Brazil, this plant features elongated, lance-shaped leaves with a deep green, velvety texture on the upper surface and a striking burgundy underside. Its common names aptly describe the soft, fuzzy feel of the undersides of the leaves, a trait not often found in other Calatheas.
