What You Should Know

Shipping plants during Fall / Winter can be risky if you live where there might be a cold snap. We recommend you to add a HEAT PACK to your order and upgrade to NEXT DAY SHIPPING. Please read more about our shipping and return policy here.

How do you pack your plants for shipping?
We currently ship using thermal bubble wrap along with compostable popcorn and poly-fil as needed. Heat packs may be ordered as needed. We fully insulate and secure all our plants for safe arrival. However we are not able to guarantee any damages due to weather (extreme heat / frozen temperatures) or courier mishandling.
Why should I pay for next day air?
Currently FedEx/ UPS is guaranteeing next day air service. This mean you will receive your package usually within 24 hours or less. This minimizes stress, delays, and damages from handling. Plants are perishable goods meaning they can be damaged or experience stress during transit. Understand that shipping plants is a RISK that the customer is 100% responsible for. If you are ordering plants that are on your wishlist/ unicorns/ or highly collectible, UPGRADE to NEXT DAY AIR!
Can you explain your shipping fee?
All orders are calculated by weight, size of the box, and destination. A small handling fee is included to account for packing supplies. You have the options to choose courier and shipping method when you check out. Bigger plants are heavier and can be taller, which can increase the cost to ship.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Of Course! You can pick up your order in our retail store at 507 N 36th St, Seattle, WA 98103, United States. Please enter through the street level.
We offer 3 options when you purchase on website, (1) local pickup, (2) local drop-off on any orders over $100+ and within 5 miles radius of our location, and (3) shipping to all US territories (outside 50 states may require an additional surcharge).
Can I request shipping at a later day?
You may request to ship your order up to 7 days after your date of purchase. There is a comment box in your CART to allow for notes and instructions for our shipping team.
I haven’t received a dispatch email/email confirmation?
An automated email is sent with tracking # when your order is dispatched. Please check all folders (spam/junk) as it will come from a noreply email address. To ensure emails reach you, add the domain peaceloveandhappines.club to your safe senders list.
When will my order get shipped?
All orders are shipped 3 -5 business days after order is placed. During holiday season and busy days (big sales and promos) it may be 7-10 business days.
Will I get a refund if plants are dead / damaged on arrival?
We ensure all plants are in great condition before we ship. Unfortunately, we are unable to account for or take responsibility due to courier handling, delays, or damage due to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold). Because plants are considered perishable goods, we strongly suggest shipping them via NEXT DAY AIR and adding a heat pack (winter) which is currently a guaranteed service. FedEx, USPS and UPS are not guaranteeing delivery for ground, priority, or 2-3 day air. Services other than Next Day Air are approximations.

We also offer Ground transportation but note that ground is the slowest method of delivery and works great for non-living items. Some customers are not affected and have received their packages with 2-3 days, while others have experienced delays up to a few weeks. While we can't guarantee your plants will survive for 2 weeks in transit, we are happy to get feedback that many customers who do experience delays have been very happy with our shipping.

If your packlage is lost in transit, use your tracking # and file with the courier directly. Your package is insured for the full amount of the order.
I placed an order on Friday for next day delivery, why did I not get it until Tuesday?
Our cut off point is 4pm, Monday to Friday. Any order placed after 4pm will be processed through our dispatch system the next working day.
I'm not happy with my purchase. It doesn't look like the images on the website? What's the next step?
When plants are listed "as shown", it means you will receive this EXACT plant. Usually they are noted by either #s or sequential lettering. When listed as "assorted", you will receive a plant that can vary slightly in size, color, shape, or variegation. All images are taken by us of the plants in our collection. We do not use stock photos or take photos of every single plant that's available. We randomly pick a plant from a lot and use it as our image to represent the current availability. The plant you will receive can vary slightly by shape, color, and size depending on season.

A lot of plants available during spring/summer will be much larger than what is offered during fall/winter. If you have any questions, definitely reach out to us via email at peaceloveandhappinessclub@gmail.com and one of our team members will assist you. Return labels will be issued if you received the wrong plant or if you find pest on them upon unboxing (An unboxing video is required).

Rescue and Sale plants are considered imperfect /slightly damaged/ or previous pest issues (reslved) and on sale. If you purchase Rescue/Sale plants, you are purchasing imperfect plants that will require some TLC and are considered FINAL SALE.
Can you send me pictures of the plants I ordered?
Images on our website are photos we have taken in-house of the plants we sell. We have selected ones that best represent what you will receive. We currently are not able to send everyone pictures of the plant they will receive.
