Hoya engleriana is an uncommon wax plant from areas of Thailand, but can also be found in Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia. This species is named after Dr. Engler who is a famous editor of botanical yearbooks. In their natural habitat, this species is found nestled in cloud forests and shrouded in mist.
