Hoya rotundiflora is a vining plant that is native to Thailand. It has thick, glossy leaves with a square, rectangular shape and rusty or reddish brown hairs. The plant has small, slightly sweet-smelling flowers with white corolla lobes and a white-cream corona that is flushed with rose pink in the center.
