Share
On a Recent trip to Japan, I visited a few shrines and temples that were just so serene. Nestled in the busiest city in the world, these respite places allow you time to take a moment for yourself and re-center. One of the most memorable one was Gotokuji temple. Hundreds of white maneki neko were on display inviting good luck to all.
We came across these miniature ceramic figurines. All hand made and hand painted. Each color represents and encourages different aspects of luck.
